TradingWizard.ai Terms of Use

Welcome to TradingWizard.ai ("Platform"), developed and maintained by Odero AB ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Platform, which provides advanced 1-Click In-Depth TradingView Analytics for Crypto, Stocks & Forex, powered by our AI trading wizard, Kai. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Creation  
To create an account on TradingWizard.ai, you must:  
- Be at least 18 years old.  
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.  
- Regularly update your information to maintain its accuracy.

You agree to keep your login credentials confidential and immediately notify us of unauthorized use of your account.

2. Platform Usage  
You agree to:  
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.  
- Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive behavior.  
- Not attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of our Platform or associated systems.

Any misuse or violation may result in immediate termination of your access.

3. Fair Usage Policy  
Subscribers with "Unlimited AI-powered Chart Analysis" plans are subject to a fair usage limit of 20 analyses per day. This limit is set to ensure optimal performance and reliability for all users. Exceeding this daily limit may result in temporary access restrictions. Odero AB reserves the right to adjust or enforce this limit at its discretion to maintain service quality.

4. Intellectual Property Rights  
All content, including software, analytics, graphics, text, designs, and proprietary algorithms, are the exclusive property of Odero AB and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, modify, reproduce, or distribute our content without express written permission from Odero AB.

5. User-Generated Content  
You may submit content to the Platform, provided you:
- Own or have the necessary rights and permissions.
- Ensure that your submissions comply with applicable laws and do not infringe third-party rights.

You grant Odero AB a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, analyze, reproduce, and distribute user-generated content solely for platform functionality, internal analysis, AI training, service improvement, as well as publicly in promotional materials, blog posts, educational content, and other marketing channels.

6. Third-Party Websites and Services  
TradingWizard.ai may link or integrate with third-party websites or services. Odero AB is not responsible for any third-party content, policies, practices, or actions. Access to these external links is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties  
TradingWizard.ai is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Odero AB expressly disclaims all warranties, explicit or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or virus-free use.

8. Limitation of Liability  
Odero AB, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use TradingWizard.ai, including losses from financial decisions based on analytics provided by our Platform.

9. Indemnification  
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Odero AB and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction  
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sweden.

11. Dispute Resolution  
Any dispute or claim related to these Terms will first be subject to negotiation in good faith. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Sweden under applicable commercial arbitration rules.

12. Modifications to Terms  
Odero AB reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use after changes implies acceptance.

13. Termination  
Odero AB may terminate or suspend your access without notice if you breach these Terms or for reasons we deem necessary to protect the Platform or its users.

14. Miscellaneous  
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Odero AB regarding TradingWizard.ai. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain fully enforceable.
